So I've had my floor lights for the last year but never installed them yet. Actually bought the same kit and installed it in my Jeep about 6 months ago. But I figured since I recently installed the fog lights I did it at the same time. You can see the switches on the left side of the dash one for the fog lights and one to power on the floor lights. Both have illumination it goes on with the car lights. And the tiny square lights up when I turn them on.
My other project for today was installing a 2.1 USB output with digital voltmeter. I bought this one through mictuning. I think this is the perfect spot for it. I have the cable that comes directly down from my phone to be charged.

I like that USB/Voltmeter. Did you wire it directly to the battery so it's always hot or to a switched source? I might by a couple of them for my various cars. :D

I bought them through Amazon but didn't want to run to always be hot, only due to it having the digital voltmeter reading which may or may not drain the battery, let alone shortening the life of that digital display. I've now ran my phone charger cord off of it for the last few days and it charges well. Definitely a faster time than previous chargers I plugged into the cigarette lighter that had lower amps. I still have yet to install it in my Tacoma tomorrow along with about 5 other switches for various aftermarket accessories I have installed. Some night shots.
