For those that want the part number to experiment or get new ones. ;)

Perfect! I spent a few hours looking for it. Now I know it's called "corner cover". Honda calls it "tweeter garnish".

For those of you that want a clean front door cover, garnish or "Sail" without tweeter to mount one in/on the part numbers are 67491-02400 for the right hand and 67492-02400 for the left hand. You can google the part numbers and pick your purchase options.
