Toyota Auris review - Auto Express

Good to know it doesn't come with a spare wheel, all you really need these days for regular commuting is a tire patch kit and a mini air compressor that plugs into your cigarette lighter and/or roadside assistance.
I actually prefer a spare tire. I have worked in dealership service long enough to see the effects of a popped tire. I suppose if this doesn't have one, I will have to look at the price of a AAA membership.

IMO there's a time and place for it.

Living in a big city, you can get away with not having it and instead having a tire patch kit and subscription to a road side assistance problem.

For road trips, i'd definitely keep a spare.
Does anyone know if the Auris front passenger folds flat?

If so , I wonder if the iM will do the same.
One area of significant differnce between the Auris and the iM will be the headunit/infotainment http://www.scionimforum.com/forum/2...cion-im-fights-control-cockpit.html#post13122 Scion has always used Pioneer headunits...
Only downside is it looks a bit too aftermarket.
After seeing them in a lot of FR-S's, it seems like something some owning threw in to replace the stock. If it wasn't for the little Scion logo at the bottom it would appear even more like that.
