Is the horn really that bad? I saw another thread where someone was talking about changing the horn. I was wondering why. I guess the stock horn is embarrassing. LOL
Coming from a Yaris Owner... It was also a safety issue... :serious:Yes, the OEM horn sounds that bad if not maybe even a little more high pitched.
you care about it, like you enjoy it? Or it bothers you enough that you care it's annoying...?I didn't pay attention on the horn. The only thing I care so far is the sound of the turning signal.
sorry didn't state clearly. yea I meant I hate it so much. don't you think so?you care about it, like you enjoy it? Or it bothers you enough that you care it's annoying...?
Did you purchase and or install the horns yet?
Do you have a video of your new horn? Interested to hear the new sound compared to the stock one.
Just don't go to somewhere like oakland california and honk your train hornTempted to get a train horn. Of course I'll honk responsibly.

I don't have Facebook because of work, thank you for the post![]()
I've had them installed for a while now (I posted them to the Facebook page I try not to cross post too much. I already seem a bit obsessive/ post whorish). It was fairly easy. Just needed some wire, connectors, electrical tape and stripping / cutting tools. The OEM bracket in the front of the car had 1 horn, BUT was drilled already for a second horn. I just took the bolt from the stock horn to Home Depot and matched the thread pitch and used those to mount the Sickspeed horns. I used the wiring coming from the OEM horn, and made a ground under one of the OEM bolts to the frame.
