Hi, does anybody know the measurements for the scion iM throttle body. Or which aftermarket throttle body would fit?

I'm just curious, why get an aftermarket if our TB is WOT after warm up?

An aftermarket Throttle Body may not work since the Valve-Matic only uses the Throttle Body as a backup, I don't know if the Stock Throttle Body is specific to the Valve-Matic engine. Google Toyota Valve-Matic Theory of Operation.
You actually might have some good luck in finding that answer from a parts guy at the local Toyota/Scion dealer. They have all the diagrams and manuals on their computers. After all these are the guys that have to fill parts for work orders tech's give to them.

They need to know about it as much as the tech's do to some extent.

My guess that it is the same across ZR series. The only difference is probably that the ECU fully controls the TB after warm up.
The TB doesn't do anything on this car, it's open all the time because of the valvematic system. Throttle is controlled through the cams. TB is only there for backup if the system fails, so changing it would be completely pointless.
Would a throttle body spacer make any difference?

lol no, you're just making the intake longer, do TB spacers do anything on a regular engine anyways? last time i checked they're pointless.

Before modern engines they would. Now, not so much.
