Hey all, thinking about getting into composites and making some carbon fiber parts, no real specifics on which parts or pricing, just gauging interest. I'll have to look at what the materials cost, and get some practice to have a good finished product, I'll definitely keep everyone posted. So if anyone is interested, or has specific parts in mind (I'll be starting off small, then working up to larger parts like a wing and hood.

Many of us have vinyl wrapped the shinny piano black bits. It would be neat to have actual CF parts

That's probably going to be my first target, the smaller, (hopefully) simpler, interior bits. Then I'll be moving onto larger more complex things. Thanks for letting me know you're interested!
