Yes, it was cancelled but some dealerships still have them in stock.
. One dealer I called only have the blue and black left.I'm not sure if this will help, but the blizzard pearl color code for accessories is 30. I don't know the part number for the item you are looking for, but it would look like this:
PT###-#####-30.
You could call one of the dealers that has the part in different color and find out the number, then just sub in 30 for the last two digits.

I don't have any better photo of the spoiler on hand, but just to give you idea how it looks from the back (please ignore the photoshop thingy, I pulled this photo from another thread I was contributing to)

Yes I didI installed one on my 2006 xB so I'm sure that this is similar. Did you protect the drill holes with primer and paint?
I purchased mine on eBay along with the template. Everything went smooth and the color matched perfectly.
