Rain guard, or vent visors for windows. Who is using them?
I only found a couple options on the net and am wondering what people think.

wellvisors dot net, has one

and ebay has a decent looking smoked out one, easy to find if you search "16 17 TOYOTA SCION COROLLA iM JDM Window Visors Deflectors Rain Guards"

They always looked a bit odd to me on vehicles. Plus, I never roll down/crack my windows. Here in AZ it's full-time A/C in spring/summer/fall & open air vents in the winter. I haven't even used the heater in my car(s) since I moved to AZ in 2009.

As a fellow Phoenician, they allow you to crack a window in the summer and allow some of that nasty summer heat to vent out while parked

watching the install video, the whole clip and push pins thing seems sketchy, especially living in MN. I wondered about rain/ice/snow getting in the rubber.
There is hardly any gap after the clip is installed, and it is all under the visor anyway - which is also held on by the 3M tape. With the tape as it is, weather of any sort getting to the rubber from above isn't likely.

The person who came up with the clips and pins was a firm believer in belts AND suspenders I think.

I have a set of wellvisors, been happy with them.
I just bought a set of these too. Going to put them on this weekend.

The MIT ones from EBay are great

These have more of a bubble design and stick out more then I like. Since there aren't any Weathertech ones for our iM I went with the Wellvisors as they are more sleek in their design.

The clips work quite well as additional support to the tape.

In channel are the best, but we don't have any yet.
While I love my Weathertech ones on my 09 Corolla S, 06 xB, and 95 Previa these are very nice and a fraction of the cost. They are also very low profile just like the ones from WT. Here are some pics after I installed mine today.

Got the Well Visors. Slightly unhappy with them as install was easy but there is slight shortness of overall length and not exact edge to edge if the front clip is insert all the way. I left a bit of a gap which probably defeats purpose once window is rolled down to keep water out but I know seeing the gap at the door edge would bug me more. Haven't had rain since install but so far so good. I like the low profile of them vs. AVS brand used on my other vehicle. The plastic does have a weird finish to it that makes them look semi greasy/streaky. HTH.

These have the most seamless design from door to door of any design I've seen. I'm very happy with them. I'm leaving for a 3500 miles trip tomorrow from Washington State to New Mexico and back so I'll give them a good road test in the next 10 days. :D

Man,
seems like there are some that like the well visors and the others like the MIT ones.

I definitely want the darkest option....just stuck on which one to squeeze the trigger on....!
