I assume that's spring green metallic? Looks yellowish in the dark... Or is it an actual yellow... :D;)

Just the lighting I am sure. :)
Lighting in that picture is horrible too, making this one of the worst representations of this color, even the image projected to the display in the first picture did a better job at showing the color.
Shhhhhh...;)

LOL.....I caught that tweet too and posted this picture on another forum. I wonder what they do to journalists who break embargoes? The other possibility is that he is wrong anyway, but I don't think so. :)

they just don't invite them back next time. Sometimes if you have enough klout you can get away with it, like Jalopnik does at times...
$20k is about what I expected. Sounds reasonable especially since there is no trim levels. That should actually be around what you pay in the end.
Now remember Scion has the "Pure Price" deal where everyone pays the same MSRP.

Sounds like it has changed since 2004 when I bought my xB. Used to be the MSRP had to be matched by the dealer.
From scion.com......

"MSRP VS. DEALER'S PRICE

MSRP is the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price that appears on Scion.com. The price that is shown on your dealer's website, which may or may not be the same as MSRP, is the price you'll pay for your new Scion. Pure Process is a completely transparent pricing system to help save you the time you would otherwise spend negotiating for a "deal". "

I did forget that these prices probably don't include the destination charge.

Destination is a constant fee ($770 currently) but is not relevant to the difference between MSRP and dealer pricing.
Rofl!

I am being credited with leaking the price on the iM. LOL

All I did was repeat a leak in a tweet from someone at the event.

2016 Scion iM Price: $20,025

Now you're famous :D

I bet they had to credit you in order to not raise Scion's ire.

I can see it now:

Scion rep: I'm sorry AutoGuide, but we cannot invite you back to a Scion event. You leaked the pricing.

AutoGuide guy: "Hey, we didn't leak it, that guy bicepeak did!" :D

LOL....well we know I won't be invited to anything.:)
Actually it wasn't AutoGuide that made the leak. It was Mark Vaughn at Autoweek. No one is blaming him and I think his leak tweet has disappeared.

That is the funniest part. He gets away with it and I get blamed. LOL

Automotive News also blames me. I think they are protecting their own.:)

We won't know any of that until the Press Embargo ends Monday. But I am also not sure if accessory prices will be up then or if we will have to wait until the car goes on sale. ( Supposed to be in September).
