I am the excite!

Edit: I'm curious to think what effect this will have on the drive by wire system (I'm not very knowledgeable about how these things operate.) Or would i still want to invest in a throttle controller on top of this flash system.

Releases in august just concerned with what it will do? the company doesn't give me any information on what kind of tuning it provides for $650... This car is not turbocharged so I don't see how you can get much performance gain from a plug and play tuner.
Tunning is usually one of the most effective upgrades you can do.

We shall see how far they can push the iM

So has anyone done the OV tuning with intake and exhaust and if so what were the results? If we could get an additional 30HP that would be very nice! :)

Looks like someone is buying, since it is sold out.

See that they did add a dyno chart though. No details, looks like it was a stock 2018 Toyota Corolla. Eyeballing it, looks like a max gain of about 8HP @ 5500 and about the same for torque. Does look to be a consistent gain across the RPM range, but nowhere near 30HP. Still would be interested in a dyno chart on something with the mods you mention.

So I'm wondering if the dyno chart is still stock with just the OV tune or did they have any bolt on part too. I would thick those are stock numbers. With an intake and exhaust I would like to see what the gains would be.

I believe I would rather do the NST Under-drive pulley $130.00 uses stock belt and a Sprint booster throttle controller.$289.00 on Amazon or on Jegs.com.....since it seems the tune will mostly require 93 octane gas and might void your warranty if you care ...just saying .I did install Injen cold air setup and a Jet mass airflow sensor that has helped ...

I'm all for boosting performance a bit but one of the reasons I bought the iM was for my commute. A tune that will bump me up to 93 Octane and only results in 5-8 HP, I have no interest.

What is your experience with the Jet mass airflow sensor?
I have used the Jet Power Flow Mass Air Flow Sensor for 2 years now with a Injen Cold Air intake setup.
With no issues on a highway trip from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Lewes Delaware I averaged 46.8 MPG !
Locally driving increase of 5/8 MPG ....30 MPG winter time a little different because I use Blizzack Snow Tires on a second set of rims and tires for winter.....in Pennsylvania.
The stock MAF Sensor is not calibrated for higher volume of air flow that a air intake can create. People spend $$$ on rims and tint buy something that is going to give back in MPG !!! You can buy direct from them ....www.jetchip.com

On another subject I’m thinking of buying Sprintbooster $300.00 on Amazon.com plug n play throttle controller to cure the delayed throttle response in our iM this company was out BEFORE Pedal Commander .If you do this I have been told you CANNOT USE THIS with the Orange Virus Tunning program so don’t buy this if you are going that route with your car...

I totally agree $580.00 for a lousy 5-8 HP !! Not worth it .but I am happy using my INJEN cold air setup ,JetChip mass airflow sensor ...I’m getting 45 MPG on highway now .Thinking of getting Sprint Booster $300.00 on Amazon or Jegs.com $289.00 plug n play at accelerator pedal to create better throttle response this company has been out longer than Pedal Commander .Sept.6,2019

Ya, the price on the OV Tune just is too much, for such a small amount of H.P. but to each their own.

I dig my Pedal Commander BTW. ;) I got it for $140 on Ebay
