That might have been the only way they were able to list on that listing, i doubt a demo for example would be up for sale already as used, im guessing that would be another few months at least once they're at dealers.

I went through this with the Honda HR-V before it arrived for sale. They showed up under "Used". I called a dealer that had a listing and they said cars weren't there yet but they did have accurate VINs that matched what I found on cargurus that were earmarked for their dealership.

I think it is quirk of cargurus when cars have not reached the dealer yet, but specific cars with VINs are on the way there. So there is one listing indeed for a new car on the way.

Just thought it was fun that some movement was happening.

Anyone know the transmission code in Toyota's VIN numbers?

There are now 38 iM's listed on cargurus.com.
From past experience, these are actual cars with actual VIN numbers, but before intro date they may not be physically on the lot yet.

After they are introduced, these lists will represent cars that are actually present at the dealer.

Just called Scion in Las Vegas

Found listings on Scion iMs on cargurus.com for Las Vegas. Just called them and they have 3 cars on site and you can purchase them NOW.

There are 78 listings on cargurus.com now, so if you see one near you I would call and see if they have them on site. You may just be driving one soon!
