Tonight I installed my LED headlights, and verified the beam angle is the same as it was with stock bulbs. I also installed interior LED lights and debadged the IM logo on the back! Oh and am importing two matching authentic Japanese license plates! Obviously can't run the JDM plates on the back, but I can at meets or for photo ops

Beam pattern looks amazing! What brand bulbs did you buy? Do you have a link to get more details? How much?

Thank you for checking your aftermarket install. I honestly appreciate it.

I'm happy with the outcome! Pretty much the same as OEM. The bulbs are from Superbrightleds.com and after shipping cost around $80. Direct plug and play. The shipping was insanely fast - I ordered economy shipping and they arrived the next day!!! Also customer service is beyond exceptional. Plus lifetime warranty.

Im glad I could shed some light on the hot topic of blinding people with aftermarket LED headlights in our cars! People forget these are not reflector housings. They are projector.

Link for the ones you bought?
I was surprised to see the color temp listed as 7200k. That's a lot bluer then I like. I was hoping to find some at 5k like the HID bulbs in my 09 Corolla.

That's the thing. If you are trying to match the LED Driving Lights you get into the 7000K+ range and I do not care for the blue range.

The LED fogs I have in my 09 Corolla and 10 Prius are 5k and I love them so I wanted to match them as I want to get them for my iM too. I found some 6k LED headlight bulbs so that is a little whiter. As you go higher in color temp there is less light that the human eye can see. So are you saying these 7200k bulbs aren't blue as that is square in the blue range, even 6k is in the lighter blue range.

The true color of these LEDs I bought is Kind of a light ice blue. Whiter than the cluster's blue.

Honestly it's very similar to the OEM LED lights in Audi's
