So I went out and bought myself a shiny new Scion iM today. Got home to buy a few necessities.. exhaust and suspension..

you know.. for safety's sake ;)

found this rundown to be a little more difficult that I'd thought before purchasing but I was able to find some info on a Japanese TRD site. I need to get to bed so I haven't been able to confirm these numbers but I'm hoping you guys can help me confirm

The iM shares a lot of components with our Auris cousins as well as many other Toyota vehicles.

The issue we have is that the iM as sold by Scion is a one model year vehicle with the closing of the Scion brand. Toyota has said that the iM is going to live on as a Corola, but we don't know what if any differences that will bring.

One main concern is how they'll deal with the trims and what might be one big indication of them moving away from monospec is with a model refresh that comes sooner than mid-cycle. Or just something bigger than the usual year-to-year update.

We shall see.
