My name is Uzziel Ruiz, some of you may already know me from the Facebook groups or my Instagram(@auris_rs.exe).

For those that don't, here is my '18 Turbo iM 6MT

It's my first time on iM forums, however I will say that I am very knowledgeable on this platform to the point where we've been able to push it to just over 300WHP/270WTQ on stock internals.

We will be constantly looking for ways to improve the platform as much we can. I say we because it's a 3 person effort, yes that's right, 3 turbo iMs, 300HP.

Nice. Look forward to more pics of the business side of the HP, and info on how you handled the tuning.
Yes, I've officially put down 319WHP/295WTQ @13PSI

In terms of what it takes, it really just needs to be manual, a turbo kit with an appropriate size turbo(GT2860, TD05H or similar), fuel return system with pressure regulator, upgraded pump and upgraded 525cc+ Injectors.

Nice curve there. Figured a manual would be needed, can't imagine the CVT surviving any significant upgrades.

So you didn't have to do anything with the ECU?
Nope, just a reflash and a good tuner

The CVT can probably handle anything south of 200WHP as has been proven before by the first ever turbo iM which put down 246WHP on a CVT and it blew a few weeks later.

Would like to know more on how the reflash was accomplished. Does the Auris use the same 1.8l and ECU combo as the Scion iM (or later Corolla iM) - I know they were based on it, but not sure what changes they made.
Mine is an iM, so it doesn't really matter if yours is too. There's no changes between the CVT/6MT and Scion/Toyota variants, they can all be reflashed. As for Auris I'd assume so long as it's a 1.8L it should be similar. The Tuner here DynoCenter(find them in FB or IG) can reflash them remotely, all you need is a laptop with internet access, a USB to OBD2 dongle and the files he'll send you over with the program and all that.
