Headlight Projector Angle Fix?

2920 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Leo smith
I put in new headlights, but on the driver side, the projector moved someway somehow and now it's aimed at the ground. The passenger side is fine, but I can't seem to fix the wrong one bc I don't even know how it moved! I've been fiddling with it and it doesn't noticeably move but it did go from aiming directly at the ground to a little bit further up. It's not equal though. Anyone know how to do it, I have to drive home tonight and don't want to be blinded on one side.

So I know how to aim the projector now, you use a screw driver to turn the white screw above the headlights. But my projector keeps falling back down. Any ideas?

Remove and Re-insrall the new bulb. There is a good chance that the bulb did not seat properly when it was installed.

I hope I don't get in trouble for commenting on an old thread, but I was hoping to find out how you resolved this situation. I think I'm dealing with the same thing and I'm worried I'm going to have to replace the whole headlight.

I tried to message you so I wouldn't have to comment on this old thread but it won't let me do that because I have a new account.
You have to change the headlights completely and l know someone who can do it for you at a very low price. He deals with auto spare parts. Met him on Facebook last month where I got a new engine from. His name on Facebook is Richard Greene
