It's just clear bra material. Yes it can be removed, but it's transparent so no need usually.

Has anyone found a comparable door handle to the iM? Maybe the 2013 Rav4 but not sure if it is bigger just by looking at pictures. I'm looking for any type of trim for the cups and handles other than the ones mentioned above.

Big difference. I tried that and should have looked closer.
