Automatic door lock isn't available on any engine from what I know.
I like the idea of the 4 clicks for a lane change. I also feel that 3 clicks is too quick, even 5 might be okay.Had my first service done at 5k. Asked dealer to switch turn signal from 3 to 4 clicks. (way more time to lane switch)
Unlock button switched to 1 click instead of 2. (I like this function because i open the door for my wifey)
I also asked for them to turn on the automatic door lock function once you start driving. This feature is NOT available on the 6 speed manual transmission. Only works with cvt automatic. -__- bummer oh well. Just thought id share the information!
With those options I think 4 clicks would be the best option. I'm by myself 95% of the time I drive my iM so I like the security of the 1-click that just unlocks the drivers door. And yes, the clutch felt so weird at first buy now I've gotten used to it and actually have begun to even like it. I was going to adjust it but now I'm uncertain.I believe the turn signal feature is available in 3,4, and 7 clicks.
I enjoy the 1 click unlock btw! I gained a smidge of time by not having to press that dang button twice every time.?
The 6 speed is nice i enjoy mine also. The clutch is goofy but you get used to it.
I've done a few several hour trips and she handled just fine.I was thinking about adjusting the clutch also. I just took charlette(iM)down to florida from wisconsin on a road trip! I cruised 80 mph the whole time. Spent $250 there and back on gas.. I did my 5k service before i left, and now in 600 miles i have to get my 10k service. Im going to see if they can adjust the clutch then. Has anyone went cross country in the iM? Did anyone notice that the car seems weaker in power between shifting after driving it 20 hours at a constant speed? Or am i just nuts haha.
I drove my iM from Washington down to New Mexico and back last fall. It was great and I didn't notice any issues with power or anything else. What did you get MPG wise for the trip? At 80 mph it will drop a fair amount.I was thinking about adjusting the clutch also. I just took charlette(iM)down to florida from wisconsin on a road trip! I cruised 80 mph the whole time. Um, it should be in the center display.I wish i knew how to change my screen to display the mpg. I probably got around 30 mpg. Im bummed out about not knowing. Does anyone know how to display mpg
It's in the center display. Read your manual if you're not sure. You can always calculate your MPG for every tank to get the exact MPG. The dash readout is usually a little high. Just zero your tripmeter each fill up and divide the gallons to fill up by the miles on your tripmeter. You can also use Fuelly.com and just enter a few num bars and it will track everything for you. I love all the information it can follow from your fill ups.I wish i knew how to change my screen to display the mpg. I probably got around 30 mpg. Im bummed out about not knowing.
