Guys I was washing my iM this evening and believe someone has gotten me with a buggy at some point because I had a few white scratches in the passenger side doors of my black paint.
It doesn’t feel deep and mostly feels pretty smooth but I’ve tried using Nu Finish Scratch Doctor and (unless I did it wrong) it may have made the white scratches a VERY little less pronounced but it’s still noticeable just as bad with a flashlight. I’d love to post a picture of it but my iPhone dimensions are apparently too big to post and I’m too aggravated to look into how I can resize it.

Please help guys, it’s really frustrating having someone do this to your new car

It all depends on the depth. Some minor scratches can be easily hidden if they are only on the surface. If they are into the metal itself you really need some professional assistance.
I like QUIXX system. So far this is the best scratch remover I've ever tried.
Thanks guys, I happened to find a paint pen that is from Toyota and has the same color code as the color of my iM. A buddy of mine is planning to help me with the touching up process since he had to do the same type of touching up less than a month ago.

It's not all the way to the metal, it's basically through the clear coat and down to the paint. I tried the Nu Finish Scratch doctor and even tried the toothpaste trick and the toothpaste might've made it a little less noticeable but it's still there if you look good enough.
I'll look into that QUIXX system and read up on it. It will be at least next week sometime before we can even get together to attempt touching it up anyway.
