Hey

I am eventually going to do a full system in the car, have the amp, components, wiring, just need a processor and will fibreglass a sub box, but was curious what was behind the sail panel currently and if they will fit my Hertz tweeter when I put them in.

Here is a pic for those curious:

Thanks

Are you using the OEM headunit with a sound processor? Have you found a pin out for the OEM wiring harness anywhere?

Hey

Will probably use an Audiocontrol DQ61 with speaker level inputs. By the looks of the back of the head unit (thanks to you) the regular Metra Toyota 70-1761 should work.

Probably start the system in a month or two and will do a full write up.

Thanks

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with! Good luck, and post updates. I'm very curious to see where / how you mount the sub.

Hey

Going to use 2 rolls of Focal BAM XXXL. They say that one role will cover 4 doors. With two rolls I should be able to do inner and out door skins on all door, rear quarter panels, space tire well and hatch door.

Should be a fun projects. I glassed 2 10's in my tacoma a couple years ago and it looks like a single sealed low volume 10 box would fit in the passenger side of the hatch. The passenger side storage is larger than the driver side in the hatch.
