Any real gains from upgrades?

Long time Toyota fan first time iM owner. I’ve seen a lot of people bolt parts on. Does it do any good?

I've done a lot to my 17 Corolla iM 6MT and the difference is night and day.

1. DC Sports CAI
2. DC Sports Ceramic 4-2-1 header
3. DNA CAT back exhaust
4. Quantum Solenoids - Intake & Exhaust
5. Jet MAF
6. Tanabe Lowering Springs
7. Tanabe Front Strut Brace
8. TB Performance Mid Chassis Brace
9. Rear Mid Chassis Brace
10. TWM short shifter

To be installed ......
1. TB Performance Rear Upper Strut Brace
2. TB Performance Traction Bar
3. NST Lightweight Crank Pulley
4. Throttle Controller

I'd avoid any bolt-ons if you have the CVT, but go for it with the manual.

do these parts also apply to 2016 iM as well?

I've put some of these parts on my 2016 and have been happy with it. Plan on doing more as things allow.
