There are a few topics on headunit/sound system installation. I have a full custom stereo system installed. From what I hear, it is much better to get a regular Pioneer/Kenwood/Alpine headunit. Cheaper Android headunits are unreliable and glitchy.

Ya, the $100-200 head units are a bit iffy.
